A Charter Trustee Award

On the evening of Wednesday, 1st September 2021 ex Mayor Kathy Harmer and Lynn Langlands acknowledged and awarded a few extraordinary people who have tirelessly served the local community.

In attendance at the Town Hall was The Lord Lieutenant, The High Sheriff, past Mayors, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor from the new Bexhill Town Council, the Chairman of Rother and all the Bexhill Rother councillors.

Two very specific awards were presented during the evening:
THE HONORARY FREEDOM OF BEXHILL which went to two recipients.
THE MAYOR’S CIVIC AWARD which went to twelve recipients, one of which was Bexhill Heritage.
