Bexhill Mayor Paul Plim has unveiled Bexhill Heritage’s latest public interpretative board at East Parade.

Alexis Markwick, the charity’s historian and the board’s designer, said: “We’ve told East Parade’s 130 year old story using previously unpublished photographs and highlighting the people who’ve helped to create this remarkable place. We hope everyone enjoys discovering a little more about it.”

The Mayor, accompanied by his deputy, Claire Baldry, commended Bexhill Heritage for celebrating Bexhill’s history so imaginatively.
